How it is made


Our cold brew process is made of three simple ingredients: coffee, water and time

1 OUTSOURCING

It all starts with finding the best berries, grown under shade trees, carefully handpicked,and patiently sundried. Ethically outsourced from Colombia. 100% arabica

2 ROASTING

A light and delicate process of air roasting to reveal the natural chocolate and berries aromas of the (finest) coffee beans.

3 GRINDING

As for the grind, size matters. A little bigger, means a lot better! Coarse grind delivers a rich and smoother texture.

4 BALANCE

It exists ideal proportions to prepare cold brew, and we worked to enhance the perfect balance of each of your cup of coffee.

5 TIME

Infusing in purified cold water for over 20 hours, extracting the natural flavours and aromas while leaving aside sourness and acidity.

6 COLD TEMPERATURES


The temperature variations affect the acidity of the coffee. Constant cold temperature means less acidity and more flavours.

Replacing heat by time, resulting in more flavours, texture and caffeine while leaving aside acidity and undesirable substances. Less acidity means as well a better coffee (“solution”) for your stomach, breath and teeth
